In accordance with California’s Stay at Home order implemented last week, Altech’s sales and administrative staff will continue to work remotely until further notice. We would like to take this time to reassure our customers on some common inquiries:
Will this affect shipment of my order?
As an essential business, our warehouse will remain open and continue the timely shipment of your materials.
What about will call orders?
Will call orders will continue as normal at our address: 7057 Marcelle St. Paramount, CA 90723. Please proceed to the back of our warehouse where your materials will be ready for pick up.
Will this impact product availability?
As a true manufacturer, Altech is well positioned to control our supply chain and maintain adequate inventory levels. As a result, we estimate we are a few weeks away from operating under standard lead times again.
Will Altech be making site visits?
Our staff is readily available to answer all your questions and concerns via telephone (800-640-0386). In addition, we will be more than happy to arrange a video conference or webinar, on our teleconferencing tool, to provide the support you need.
What if my questions aren’t listed?

As you may already know, LightFair 2020 has been postponed for the foreseeable future. Due to the uncertainty of when the show will resume, we have unfortunately decided to postpone any planned outings and events at the convention.

Altech’s LED Lighting and Electrical products are manufactured at our production facility in YiXing, China. Although our manufacturing facility has restarted operations in recent weeks, most transportation companies are still operating on a limited capacity. As a result, we may experience limited delays in the delivery of your materials.
